Job summary

Qualifications

• Wide range of experience in child and adolescent psychiatry including tier 4 experience.
• Approval under Section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act.
• Current full registration with the GMC.

Responsibilities

• Hold overall clinical responsibility and review patients as needed.
• Provide psychiatric leadership to the multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in service planning for the Mental Health Service.

Skills

Ability to work independently

Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry

Ability to cope with unexpected clinical situations

Proficient in IT and clinical systems

Education

MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
