Job Opportunity: Engine Management System Calibration Engineer

We are seeking an Engine Management System Calibration Engineer to support the ongoing development of new models and expand into emerging markets.

This role involves a range of challenges, including the development of Drive-by-Wire systems, traction control, and the creation of strategies to meet future emissions legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing ECU calibrations
  • Testing motorcycles for emissions and evaporative emissions
  • Collecting logged data on system operation
  • Evaluating drivability and system functions
Candidate Profile:
  • Good understanding of engine operation, with a mix of academic and practical skills
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Logical approach to calibration changes
Additional Requirements:
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking
  • Resilient, flexible, and adaptable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel for testing or supplier visits

Preferred qualifications include prior experience with engine management systems and holding a car and/or motorcycle license.
