Are you a CAD Technician or Digital Designer looking for a new challenge? Join a progressive engineering consultancy, winners of ‘Best Place to Work’ and ‘International Consulting Firm of the Year’ at the 2024 NCE Awards. We are hiring a Senior CAD Technician to work on major water sector projects. The role can be based in Brighton, Southampton, High Wycombe, or Reading, with hybrid working options.

You will be part of our Digital Design team, working with skilled technicians and engineers on complex projects using 2D and 3D software like Civil 3D and Revit. You'll mentor junior staff and report to a Regional Discipline Lead for technical guidance and career development.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing project drawings and BIM models, adhering to client standards
• Collaborating across disciplines with engineers and technicians
• Managing your workload and deadlines
• Working within Common Data Environments

Candidate requirements:

• Experience as a CAD Technician or similar role, preferably in water or energy sectors
• Experience with design deliverables and multi-discipline teams
• Familiarity with Data Management Systems like BIM360 and ProjectWise
• Understanding of ISO 19650 standards
• Proficiency in Autodesk and Bentley BIM tools
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to mentor others
