Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting three Senior CAD Technicians to join a Tier 1 design and build contractor in the water sector. Roles offer hybrid/remote working across UK offices, with a rate guide of £50-£55 per hour Inside IR35.

You will lead production of mechanical design drawings, coordinate CAD workloads, and drive BIM implementation across projects while ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and QA processes.

Formación

• Significant experience in multidisciplinary engineering design.
• Advanced CAD capabilities with Revit and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of BIM practices and project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mechanical design drawings and 3D models coordination.
• Manage CAD workloads to meet programme, budget and QA.
• Support BIM adoption and digital engineering best practice across the business.
• Coordinate drawing production undertaken by offshore and remote design resources.
• Ensure all designs comply with CDM Regulations, project specifications and company procedures.
• Mentor and support junior CAD technicians and designers.
