Job summary

Synergize Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced security cleared C# .NET Software Engineer to join our Integrated Mission Solutions team in the UK. You will deliver robust, high-impact software in a fast-paced defence environment with minimal supervision.

You’ll work on state-of-the-art electronic warfare programmes, applying OO design, full lifecycle development, CI/CD and agile practices while collaborating with an autonomous, skilled team.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in C# .NET development, including web-based applications.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and modern software development methodologies.
• Proven experience across the full software lifecycle, including automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high quality solutions with minimal oversight.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and microservices architecture.
• Background in defence or Electronic Warfare domains.
• Experience with WPF, WinForms, and Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Cameo, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Developing robust, scalable applications using C# .NET in a Windows environment.
• Owning complex tasks across the full software lifecycle from requirements and design through to integration, testing, and delivery.
• Applying object-oriented design principles and best practices in verification and validation.
