Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Senior C&I Engineer to support a long-term downstream Oil & Gas programme. You will deliver Instrumentation and Control engineering across the full project lifecycle from concept to start-up within an established EPC environment.

You will lead C&I activities, liaise with clients and project teams, and produce specifications, datasheets and documentation for DCS/PLC/SIS systems, ATEX compliance, and P&IDs.

Competenze

• Significant experience in Instrumentation and Control Engineering within downstream Oil & Gas, ideally refinery projects.
• Experience delivering projects from concept through to start-up.
• Strong background in EPC or engineering contracting environments.
• Knowledge of hazardous area instrumentation and ATEX requirements.
• Experience with P&IDs, control valves, flow devices and relief devices.
• Experience with equipment specification and supplier management.
• Ability to liaise with clients and project management.
• Proactive approach to identify improved or innovative solutions.

Mansioni

• Develop Instrumentation and Control deliverables across Concept, Basic Design, FEED and Detailed Design phases.
• Lead C&I interfaces with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Produce instrumentation specs, datasheets and documentation.
• Spec, bid analysis and requisition of field instrumentation and analyzers.
• Apply DCS/PLC/SIS systems across lifecycle and ensure safety compliance.
• Review P&IDs and sizing of flow measurement devices and valves.
• Support project budgets, schedules and reporting.
• Ensure designs meet safety, constructability and standards.
