Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior C&I Engineer to deliver instrumentation and control engineering across the full project lifecycle within downstream oil and gas EPC projects in the UK.

You will lead C&I deliverables from concept to start-up, liaise with clients and suppliers, ensure ATEX compliance, and work within global delivery teams to meet safety, cost and schedule targets. A strong background in DCS, PLC and SIS, plus P&ID review and vendor management, is required.

Qualifications

Experience in Instrument Engineering Design on medium to large capital projects.
Experience delivering projects from concept through start-up.
Strong experience within an EPC or engineering contracting environment.
Extensive downstream Oil & Gas experience; refinery experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop Instrumentation and Control deliverables across Concept, Basic Design, FEED and Detailed Design phases.
Lead C&I discipline interfaces with other engineering disciplines and with clients.
Produce and review instrumentation specifications, datasheets and engineering documentation.
Specification and application of DCS, PLC and SIS systems across lifecycle.
Carry out site surveys and support project budget and schedule monitoring.
