BPA - British Pipeline Agency Limited is seeking a Senior Project Engineer (C&I) to lead FEED studies for downstream energy assets in the UK. You will define scopes, coordinate disciplines, and deliver execution-ready FEED outputs while coordinating budgets, schedules and client interfaces.

Qualifications

• HND or degree in engineering is required or desirable.
• Membership of a Professional Engineering Institution (or working towards) desirable.
• Chartered or Incorporated engineer status (CEng/IEng) or progress towards registration desirable.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead FEED project delivery from scope definition to execution-ready handover.
• Provide C&I technical leadership across multi-discipline scopes.
• Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and risk within FEED programs.
• Engage clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communications and approvals.
