Job summary

GTX UK LLP is seeking experienced C++ engineers to design and build fault-tolerant, low-latency market-making systems. You’ll collaborate with traders and quants to transform concepts into real features across pricing, hedging and risk management.

You will help drive architecture and technical direction for core trading systems, applying concurrency, memory management and database knowledge to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive production experience building latency-sensitive systems using modern C++.
• Experience in market making, electronic trading or exchange connectivity.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management and performance optimisation.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build fault tolerant, low-latency systems for ETF market making.
• Work directly with traders and quants to turn ideas into features across pricing, quoting, hedging, and risk management.
• Drive the architecture and technical direction of core trading systems.
