Job Title: Senior C# Developer / Software Engineer (C# .Net AWS Python) London / WFH to £100k

Would you like to join a growing and profitable start-up that is viewed as a leading FinTech disruptor in a senior role that will allow you a great deal of influence and progression?

As a Senior C# Developer, you will architect and build highly performant and scalable solutions using the Microsoft tech stack and SOLID design principles, collaborating with cross-functional Agile project teams in 2-week sprints. You will be an advocate of best practices and ensure software is delivered on schedule.

There are new features and development projects, and you will also help drive AI adoption within the business, exploring chatbots and AI-driven process improvements. This impactful role reports to and collaborates with the CTO, offering high visibility and immediate results of your work.

Location / WFH: Hybrid policy with two days in the London offices and three days remote each week.

About you:

• Experienced Software Developer/Engineer with strong knowledge of modern best practices
• Proficient in C# backend development, with Python skills preferred
• Good knowledge of AWS
• Experience working on highly scalable systems
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns
• Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence, ChatGPT knowledge is a plus
• Excellent analysis, problem-solving, organization, and planning skills
• Business acumen and advanced communication/stakeholder management skills
