Clio, the leading legal AI platform in the UK, is seeking an experienced software engineer. You will build and scale full‑stack features using C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL, while optimizing complex queries for performance.

You will design event‑driven workflows with Event Store and enhance search with ElasticSearch within a modern .NET 8+ and Svelte.js environment. You’ll also automate infrastructure via Pulumi and Azure DevOps, participate in architecture discussions, and help drive

• Strong experience with C#/.NET including async/await and memory management.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server performance tuning and indexing.
• Frontend basics: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript common patterns.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or monoliths.
• Interest in applying AI to improve craft and software quality.
