Job summary

HP Wolf Security in Cambridge, UK is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Browser (C++). You will design and develop core features for secure browsing, contribute C++ and TypeScript for a Chromium-based secure browser, and extend Firefox-based browsers while enhancing automation with Python.

You will join a growing R&D team, work on micro-virtualization security, and participate in feature delivery across web extensions, browser cores, and test components with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C++ design, coding, debugging, and testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Exposure to Web extension development, JavaScript, TypeScript, Firefox Gecko, and Chromium.
