Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional C++ backend development.
• Strong C++ and high-performance system design.
• Extensive multithreading and concurrency experience.
• Experience building high-load server apps using TCP-based protocols.
• Solid SQL-based database experience with query optimization.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices.
• Experience with game products or performance-critical apps desirable.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases is a plus.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technology strategies, roadmaps, and system reviews.
• Lead system architecture and product design with C++.
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional teams to design APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable code in a microservices architecture.
• Conduct code reviews for junior and mid-level developers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Establish coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
