Rise Resourcing, a leading UK retailer, is seeking an ambitious commercial strategist to drive the technology and consumer electronics category.

You will own end-to-end development of a tech accessories range, lead supplier and product management, manage P&L, stock levels and product rollouts, and spot hot new tech trends to put on shelves quickly. A proven track record of launching new products and optimizing shelf space is essential. Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas is expected.

The Opportunity

An established retailer is seeking an ambitious commercial strategist to develop their technology and consumer electricals category.

This high-impact leadership position oversees the end-to-end development of a commercial range of tech accessories.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Direction: Build a long-term plan to sell technology across both stores and online.
• Supplier & Product Management: Work directly with overseas manufacturers, set exact product specs, and guide new products through every stage from design to launch.
• P&L Management: taking full responsibility for sales targets, profit margins, stock levels, and product rollouts.
• Tech Adoption: Spot hot new tech trends and get them onto shelves quickly.
• Compliance & Safety: Lead cross-functional teams to make sure products meet safety laws and guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a Senior Buying role / leadership role within a fast paced retail environment
• Passionate about Tech! previous experience buying tech is essential
• willingness to travel within the UK and overseas
• Financial Savvy - strong grip on profits and margins, getting maximum value out of store shelf space, and keeping stock levels healthy.
• A proven track record of smoothly introducing new products and stock management
