Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Buyer or similar procurement role.
• Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience in building services, mechanical & electrical contracting, construction or related engineering sectors.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key procurement activities to source materials and services competitively.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for reliability and value.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements across multiple projects and regions.
• Support and contribute to rebate agreements, commercial strategy and supplier negotiations.
• Mentor and develop Buyers and Assistant Buyers, promoting best practice.
