Senior Non-Food Buyer - Leading Retailer

This leading retailer is looking for a Senior Non-Food Buyer to manage a key category, focusing on NPD and creating a compelling product range. This role is initially on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

• Work closely with the Merchandising, Design, and Quality teams to expand into new product categories and enhance current ranges.
• Manage daily range development, including sample development and selection.
• Use market and customer insight data to complete sales analysis and inform buying decisions.
• Sourcing, developing, and growing the product range.
• Define the pricing and promotional strategies for the category.
• Achieve commercial results aligned with category targets, maximizing revenue and margin.
• Travel within the UK and EU for trade shows, competitor shopping, and supplier visits.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team on content and photography.
