Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Buyer / Senior Buyer in Greater Manchester to own end-to-end buying across a diverse gifting, lifestyle and home product portfolio. You will lead sourcing, product development and supplier management, collaborating with international factories from concept through to launch.

The role demands hands-on buying decision-making, strong margin mindset and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on buying experience with responsibility for commercial decisions.
• Strong sourcing and product development capability, incl. overseas suppliers.
• Finance-minded with focus on margin, landed cost and stock.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end buying process across a varied consumer product portfolio.
• Source and develop new products aligned with market trends and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with overseas factories and suppliers from concept to sampling and production.
• Negotiate costs, MOQs, lead times and commercial terms.
• Build balanced ranges across categories and price points.
• Monitor range performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Contribute to product strategy and long-term growth.
