Qualifications

• Experience in buying with take offs, schedules and budgets.
• CSCS card or equivalent qualification is required.
• GCSE English and Mathematics (A-C/4+) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement costs and material budgets for the division.
• Issue tender enquiries and analyse quotations.
• Prepare material take-offs from contract drawings.
• Monitor supplier performance and rebates.
• Produce Excel material schedules for site use.
• Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders across levels.
• Ensure compliance with group purchasing arrangements.
