Senior Buyer - Beauty | North West | Value Retail | Salary up to £70k

A leading value retailer is seeking a Senior Buyer to join their Beauty team. This key role is ideal for someone passionate about trading fast-moving products, identifying emerging beauty trends, and creating ranges that excite customers and generate strong results.

You will develop beauty ranges that balance innovation, affordability, and mass appeal, working closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and trusted suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of exciting beauty ranges aligned with trading and marketing plans.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, identify spot buys, negotiate costs and terms, and explore new brand opportunities.
• Present seasonal ranges and strategies to senior stakeholders, based on customer insights and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising teams on campaign planning, product launches, and promotions.
• Manage and support a small team, ensuring timely delivery and development.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or similar role, preferably within beauty, personal care, or FMCG sectors.
• Passion for products, trends, and the evolving beauty landscape.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on value-led innovation.
