This growing brand is seeking an experienced Senior Dress Buyer to join and lead the team on a 12-month MAT cover.

About the Role:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Buying to execute comprehensive buying strategies.
• Work with the CEO and team on sustainability initiatives.
• Identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors regularly.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels.
