This growing brand is seeking an experienced Senior Dress Buyer to join and lead the team for a 12-month MAT cover.

About the Role:

• Work closely with the Head of Buying to execute comprehensive buying strategies.
• Collaborate with the CEO and team on sustainability initiatives.
• Identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels.
