An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Buyer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation working on major urban infrastructure programmes. Based in Birmingham, you'll be responsible for leading procurement activities across materials, plant, and subcontract services, ensuring value, compliance, and performance from the supply chain.

This role is permanent and office-based in Birmingham. You will provide professional procurement support to delivery teams, lead subcontract procurement, and act as a vital link between internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to make a real impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a senior procurement role (construction/civil engineering)
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
• MCIPS qualification (or working towards it) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Key Responsibilities
