Job Description:

Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Our expanding independent agency based in the West End is looking for a Business Travel Consultant with touring or production experience. The role can be homebased, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary range of £38,000 to £48,000. Previous touring experience or production knowledge is essential, along with ideally Sabre GDS knowledge, although cross-training will be provided.

- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.

- Handle air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing dedicated support using Sabre.

- Maintain high attention to detail, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

- Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.

- Complete administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.

Skills Required:

• Touring or production experience
• Sabre knowledge (training provided if needed)
• Flexible to work from anywhere in the UK
• Strong reissues, ticketing, and refunds experience
