Business Travel Consultant - Touring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant with touring or production experience for an expanding independent agency based in the West End. The role can be homebased, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary range of 38k to 48k. Previous touring experience or production background is essential, along with ideally knowledge of Sabre, though cross-training is available.

Responsibilities include managing entertainment and touring client travel logistics, handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing dedicated support to clients using Sabre. Attention to detail, workload prioritization, and meeting deadlines are crucial. The role also involves ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met, and handling administrative tasks such as accounting queries accurately.

Skills required:

• Touring or production experience
• Sabre knowledge (training provided if needed)
• Flexible location within the UK
• Availability to work 9am to 6pm or later if preferred
• Strong reissues, ticketing, and refunds experience
