Job summary

Altrad in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Analyst/Test Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across the MEHA Programme at Hinkley Point C. You will engage senior stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and success criteria while ensuring cross-functional alignment.

You will lead UAT, manage risk and governance, promote equality and nuclear safety culture, and shape practical solutions through modelling, business cases, and rigorous testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in business architecture disciplines and process management.
• Proven workshop facilitation and interview skills.
• Experience in developing business cases and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to develop project concepts, scope, and risk identification.
• Define interfaces across departments for cross-functional collaboration.
• Capture and prioritise business requirements and success criteria.
• Collaborate with third parties to evaluate solutions.
• Lead testing planning, design, environments, and defect management.
• Oversee UAT and stakeholder sign-off.
• Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and risk controls.
• Promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
• Champion Nuclear Safety Culture during delivery.
