• This role is intended to be a hybrid role; the successful candidate will assume all the existing responsibilities of a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

The main purpose of this role is to work in both a technical & functional capacity to deliver new enhancements and functionalities using the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP suite, which is used globally by the practice. The role will also involve system support, internal consulting, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will assist the Business Systems Manager/Team leader in gathering requirements and delivering functionalities that meet the practice’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Technical delivery of system enhancement, improvement, and functionality projects;
• Identify areas of opportunity for future enhancement within the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP product suites;
• Collaborate with internal systems project teams to ensure tighter data sharing and reduce duplication, inefficiency, and interface translation requirements;
• Provide support regarding systems implications of business process changes;
• Enforce governance around QA, change management, documentation, and maintain a knowledge base with release and reference documentation;
• Possess good all-round IT knowledge;
• Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint;
• Ability to create, document, and implement solutions based on requirements;
• Understand ERP support systems and leverage them effectively;
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels and ability to liaise with third parties;
• SQL experience and knowledge (preferential);
• Prioritize workload based on severity and impact, demonstrating urgency when handling tickets;
• Write test scripts and ensure solution quality before user acceptance testing;
• Test and document patches/bug fixes before deployment;
• Monitor and manage interfaces;
• Experience with integrations, point solutions, and other ERPs;
• Secondary education or higher, such as A levels, HND/C, or degree.
