Job summary

TD Securities is seeking an accomplished Business Systems Analyst to provide senior analysis leadership within Compliance Technology, specialising in Conduct Supervision. The role shapes technology solutions to meet regulatory obligations, strengthen supervisory controls, and manage conduct and trade-related risks.

You will translate regulatory outcomes into data requirements and lead complex initiatives end-to-end.

Qualifications

Degree or technical qualification in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Typically eight or more years of progressive experience in business systems analysis, technology delivery, financial services, compliance technology, supervision, trade surveillance, or Global Markets.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements for complex initiatives from discovery through implementation and benefits realisation.
Define scope, analysis strategy, and governance across products, platforms, jurisdictions, and delivery teams.
Translate regulatory and business outcomes into system and data requirements with traceability.
Maintain traceability from regulatory outcomes through design, development, testing, deployment and validation.
Oversee testing, go/no-go decisions, and post-implementation remediation; support delivery readiness and control effectiveness.
