Job summary

Goodlord in London is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own and optimise Salesforce Sales Cloud and core systems across Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance. You will partner with stakeholders to improve processes, deliver scalable system solutions, and drive automation and AI-powered efficiencies to boost workflows in a fast-growing scale-up.

• Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration and automation experience.
• Experience identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with experience managing integrations, working cross-functionally and thriving in a changing environment.

Location : London (E1)

Hybrid working as standard: 2 days a week in the office, the other 3 days remote (or office if you prefer)

• We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution

• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission!
