We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing delivery and technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems with clarity, can translate strategy into architecture, and works comfortably across teams and client environments.

You will lead architecture for digital services and transformation programmes, ensuring alignment between business outcomes, user needs and technology decisions.

You will lead architecture for digital services and transformation programmes, ensuring alignment between business outcomes, user needs and technology decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing scalable, secure and cloud-native architecture for client solutions
• Leading architectural engagement across discovery, alpha, beta and live phases
• Defining systems, data, integration and platform approaches
• Collaborating with engineering, DevOps, QA and delivery teams
• Advising stakeholders, producing documentation and presenting architectural options
• Providing governance and assurance across projects
• Contributing to bids, proposals and pre-sales with strategic technical input

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a solution or enterprise architecture role
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP platforms
• Familiarity with API-first and microservices architecture
• Understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, containerisation and automation
• Excellent communication skills — both technical and non-technical
• Confidently engaging directly with clients, leadership and delivery partners

Desirable, but Not Essential

• Experience working in or with public sector teams
• TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect or other architecture certifications
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g. health, finance, government)
