WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks a Rating professional to manage complex client portfolios and verify rating bills across the UK and Ireland. You will liaise with clients and billing authorities, ensuring accurate changes to occupancies and exemptions while maintaining high data quality in reporting.

You will build strong client relationships, meet SLA deadlines, and contribute to audits of historic rate payments.

Competenze

• A good understanding of calculating rate liabilities, appeals and relief processes across the UK and Ireland.
• Ability to interpret business rate legislation and explain it clearly to clients and team members.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to reporting quality.
• Experience in managing client portfolios and meeting KPIs under SLAs.

Mansioni

• Daily operational management of one large client portfolio or multiple smaller portfolios.
• Verify rates bills from authorities and resolve discrepancies to approved status.
• Liaise with clients and authorities on occupancies, rating list changes and exemptions.
• Deliver accurate client reports to management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in client meetings.
