Base pay range

Job Title: Senior Business Partner Accountant

Location: Home-based or Hybrid (with 1 day per week in the London Office)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with experience of producing concise, informative and user-friendly financial reports to stakeholders; managing complex and high value budgets and forecasts; working to tight deadlines and working in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Someone with experience of partnering and engaging with Fundraising teams and leaders, initiating and promoting discussions to improve reporting outputs and provide commercial insight and analysis.
  • Someone that is highly analytical and curious with good attention to detail and also has good communication and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Someone highly numerate and computer literate with strong excel skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

What we offer:

  • Leave: 25 days of annual leave (pro rata), which increases with service, in addition to bank holidays and a 3 or 4 day closure over the Christmas period. We also have finish early Fridays in August and quarterly rest days to step away from day-to-day work and refocus.
  • Flexible bank holidays: the option to swap five UK public holidays (except 25th, 26th December, and 1st January or any substitute bank holidays for these dates) for other dates off.
