Cushon Money Limited is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their innovative Business Intelligence team. You will work on ETL workflows using AWS Glue and build dashboards that enhance customer experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• You’ll be joining us within the Business Intelligence team that is primarily responsible for our core data model and dashboards
• You'll thrive in a unique and varied role, while shaping the way we provide our customer experience
• Joining Cushon, you’ll help our customers get comfortable with their finances, and support our vision, being responsible for backend data modelling, ETL, and regulatory reporting
• We are looking to pay a salary in the region of £45,000 -£52,500
  
  
  

What you'll do

In this key role, you’ll contribute to our function’s purpose by helping our colleagues, members and clients to make optimal decisions efficiently and at scale using data, ML and AI. This comprises our Business Intelligence, Data Engineering and Data Science teams to work together closely.

You’ll also be:

• Designing and documenting our core data models, and implementing them through efficient SQL-based ETL workflows that deliver clean, high-quality data into our data lake
• Working with business stakeholders to understand and refine management information, operational reporting and regulatory reporting needs and deliver them through analysis and dashboards
• Maintaining our collection of dashboards that tell insightful stories about our data
  
  
  

The skills you'll need

We’re on the lookout for someone with experience in building ETL workflows using AWS Glue or equivalent data lake or data warehouse products and services. You'll have strong analytical skills and an understanding of pension and savings products. Knowledge of working with large datasets in Python and relevant libraries including Pandas, Matplotlib, seaborn or similar would be beneficial.

You’ll also need:

• The ability to write efficient and readable SQL code to manipulate data and perform calculations
• Experience in dashboarding software such as Tableau, Power BI or QuickSight
• Experience working with large cross functional teams in an agile environment managed through JIRA or equivalent tools
