Job summary

A wealth management company is seeking a Senior Business Financial Analyst to assist with a major cost reduction transformation programme. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and determine necessary changes. Ideal candidates should have experience in business analysis and cost reduction initiatives, alongside strong PowerPoint skills to present findings. The position is an initial 6-month contract with hybrid working arrangements in central London.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cost reduction transformations or major operating model changes.
  • Strong track record of business analysis to guide organizational change.
  • Previous experience from a Big 4 or major consulting firm is advantageous.

Overview

I'm helping a wealth management company find an interim Business Analyst to join them on a major cost reduction transformation programme. The organisation are aiming to reduce their costs, improve efficiency and implement a new operating model, covering people, processes and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Working with various key stakeholders across the business to identify where costs can be reduced and inefficiencies exist.
  • Understanding requirements and processes and analysing the business.
  • Documenting findings and presenting via PowerPoint to the key stakeholders with what needs to be implemented.
Requirements
  • Prior experience of working on cost reduction transformations or major operating model changes.
  • A strong track record in analysing the business and using that information to inform how it needs to be changed.
  • Experience from a Big 4 or major consulting background would be a benefit; if not, strong PowerPoint skills are needed.
Contract Details
  • Initial 6 months on an outside IR35 contract and hybrid working between central London and remote.
