Kynex is a rapidly expanding telecoms business based in Fareham on the Cams Hall Estate! We sell 360 B2B communications; from mobile upgrades to VOIP systems and leased lines.

Due to expansion, we are looking to hire a SENIOR Sales Closer to join our team!

Duties include:

• Closing pre-generated leads from our qualified team of lead gens
• Following our set sales process
• Preparing and sending customer contracts - guiding customers to sign contracts over the phone in one call
• Obtaining proof of trading from business customers
• Ensuring maximum profitability of own performance
• Hitting sales targets given by Sales Director
• Hitting KPI's - closing conversion ratios
• There is NO lead generation required for this role, a successful applicant will be passed leads live from the sales team

For this position, we are looking for a senior salesperson with at least 2 years experience within the industry and similar roles, doesn't need to be telesales.

This is NOT an entry level job, therefore if you do not have the relevant experience please do not apply.

What we're looking for:

• A killer closer - someone with proven experience at exceeding sales targets and closing business with tight conversion ratio's
• Money hungry - this position will give a successful applicant the opportunity to earn high commission pay
• Experience - in order to be considered for the role, you will need at least 2 years experience closing
• £45,000 per annum basic salary
• Uncapped commission structure
