Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join the Access family in Loughborough. Our core values are centered around believing in better, loving work, loving life, and being authentic. We aim to empower our customers to do more of what matters to them.

About you:

You are ambitious, hardworking, and passionate about sales. You seek a company where you can grow, showcase your skills, and make an impact. In this role, you'll work within the Business Development Team, focusing on Enterprise Level Accounts (Top Tier) to create fully qualified opportunities for our Enterprise Sales Team to close. The BDR team is segmented into various software sectors and tiers.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
  1. Identify and create fully qualified sales opportunities within Tier 1 accounts for our Enterprise Sales Consultants.
  2. Maintain an approximate split of 60/40 between self-generated and inbound marketing leads.
  3. Utilize Access’s sales enablement technology to generate leads using industry-leading sales techniques.
  4. Map whitespace within target accounts in an organized manner, collaborating with sales and marketing to plan outbound sales strategies.
Desired skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, aligning with various lines of business.
  • Strong business acumen and a diligent work ethic.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and targets.
