You’ll be working side-by-side with the founders and senior leadership team in a culture built on radical transparency, speed and trust. We move quickly, we think boldly, and we act decisively. We are obsessed with technology and are, quite frankly, years ahead of the rest of the interiors industry when it comes to our digital infrastructure, client engagement tools and operational systems. About you

You’re a seasoned B2B sales professional with at least five years of experience in the UK market, and a little black book of interior designers, architects, developers and property tastemakers who pick up when you call.

You understand that luxury is personal and that relationships are everything. You’re confident, charming, and utterly relentless in your pursuit of opportunity. Within your first month, you’ll be expected to secure 15 solid meetings off the strength of your network alone. After that, the sky’s the limit.

What you’ll do

  • Own and grow a high-value client portfolio within the luxury interiors space.
  • Develop deep, consultative relationships with interior designers, architects, property developers and high-end retailers.
  • Use our unparalleled showroom as your stage, curating bespoke experiences for clients that spark imagination and close deals.
  • Work hand-in-glove with our talented design and sales teams to deliver extraordinary projects and top-tier service.
  • Stay ahead of trends, competitors and client expectations constantly feeding ideas and intelligence back into the wider business.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the UK interiors or luxury goods sector.
  • A proven hunter with a strong track record of building lasting, profitable relationships.
  • A little black book of London’s top interior designers, specifiers and decision-makers.
  • Confident in securing 15+ qualified meetings in month one.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Immaculate presentation, persuasive charm, and a genuine passion for design.
