Job summary

Evolve, in partnership with a distance-selling pharmacy, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive UK B2B partnerships and build a pipeline from the ground up. You will win new healthcare collaborations and develop long-term client relationships across weight management, ADHD, men’s and women’s health, telehealth and private healthcare.

Based in or around East London/Essex, this full-time role offers a competitive salary with strong bonus opportunities, car allowance, pension, travel

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or account growth, with a track record of winning new business.
Strong understanding of how private clinics and healthcare providers operate.
Ability to develop proposals and pricing solutions for partnerships.
Experience building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
Comfort with working in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Lead growth of B2B partnerships across the UK.
Build and manage a pipeline from first contact to signed partnerships.
Develop and shape the B2B proposition in collaboration with senior clinical leadership.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clinic owners and providers.
