We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious individual with a strong network of brokers and developers and a deep understanding of the UK bridging and short-term lending market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive origination and deployment of bridging, development, and commercial short-term loans.
  • Leverage existing relationships with brokers, developers, and intermediaries to generate deal flow.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage and develop a high-quality pipeline of transactions from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Deliver and exceed agreed KPIs related to loan origination, deployment volumes, and client engagement.
  • Represent Lendlord Capital at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a BDM in the UK bridging/development finance space.
  • Proven track record of originating and deploying bridging/commercial/development finance deals.
  • Strong and active network of brokers and property developers.
  • Excellent understanding of the UK short-term property lending landscape.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
