Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Senior Business Change Manager to lead end-to-end change strategies for large-scale transformation programmes in a global organisation. Hybrid working in Cambridgeshire, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and senior stakeholder collaboration.

You will partner with executive leaders to drive adoption, readiness, and lasting business outcomes across diverse business areas, delivering sustainable change at pace.

I'm currently partnering with a global organisation undergoing significant transformation and change. They are looking for an experienced Senior Business Change Manager to lead and embed business change across a portfolio of high-profile transformation initiatives.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Business Change Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end change strategy for large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring change is understood, adopted and successfully embedded across the organisation. You'll partner with senior leaders, programme teams and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful and sustainable change.
