Your Purpose:

As part of our client-centric team, you'll contribute to diverse projects in industries like Defence, Nuclear, Energy Transition, Transportation, Infrastructure, Security, and Government sectors.

What You Can Bring:

• Experience in change management methodologies like Prosci, with practical application skills.
• Background in consulting or professional services, leading delivery teams, and mentoring team members.
• Ability to develop tailored change plans, manage resistance, and increase employee engagement.
• Strong decision-making, stakeholder relationship skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of change management best practices, including culture change.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexibility and innovation.

Certifications such as APMG, PROSCI, or Six Sigma are desirable but not essential. Management Consultant Chartership (ChMC) is a plus. Your holistic approach and hands-on experience are crucial.
