Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry, preferably with exposure to the London Market. Responsibilities include writing and communicating specifications, evaluating requests, collaborating with UI/UX, developers, QA, and stakeholders, and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Platform functionality and specialized knowledge in certain areas.
• Analyze complex business processes to determine effective systems technology.
• Gather and document business requirements, lead workshops, and produce user stories.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Support testing phases, review QA tests, and assist during user acceptance testing.
• Participate in project planning, manage expectations, and provide training.
• Mentor junior analysts and support team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with London Market experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills, including JSON or other coding languages.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with effective requirement management skills.
