Job summary

Cathcart Technology is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business and technology transformation, modernise legacy systems, and define requirements for cloud-enabled solutions. You will partner with senior stakeholders, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to redesign processes and operating models in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role requires 2 days on-site per week, offers £400 per day outside IR35, and runs for a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in business and technology transformation programmes.
• Legacy system modernisation and platform migration.
• Requirements gathering, process analysis, and business change.
• Experience working with architecture and engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, ERP transformation, SaaS implementations, or modern enterprise architectures would be highly advantageous.
