Job summary

SR2 REC LTD is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a major technology-enabled transformation programme. This hands-on BA role focuses on end-to-end process mapping, identifying cross-functional dependencies and ensuring clear, testable requirements before delivery.

You'll collaborate across Technology and the wider business to connect people, processes, systems and data, mapping impacts of proposed changes and supporting agile delivery through discovery workshops and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• End‑to‑end process mapping experience (As‑Is/To‑Be).
• Strong cross‑functional dependency and impact analysis.
• Experience eliciting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of systems, integrations and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on BA focusing on end-to-end business processes and clear requirements before delivery.
• Identify downstream impacts and cross‑team dependencies.
• Support discovery workshops and stakeholder management in agile delivery.

SR2 is supporting a client looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major technology-enabled transformation programme. This is a hands‑on BA role focused on understanding end-to-end business processes, uncovering cross‑functional dependencies and ensuring requirements are properly defined before entering delivery.

Key experience:

• Strong end to end process mapping: As-Is / To-Be
• Cross‑functional dependency and impact analysis
• Requirements elicitation, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of systems, integrations and data flows
• Discovery workshops and senior stakeholder management
• Agile technology delivery, backlog refinement and UAT

You’ll work across Technology and the wider business, helping connect people, processes, systems and data and identify the downstream impact of proposed change.
