One of our public sector clients, a leader in the media industry, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Corporate Systems team on a temporary basis.

This role is suitable for a highly experienced technical product/software design BA who has worked on major large-scale programmes within a multinational organization.

You will play a key role in modernizing and simplifying the current systems landscape across HR, Learning, and Resource Scheduling technical products and platforms.

Essential Skills And Experience

• Experience on large-scale programmes is a MUST
• Subject Matter Expert or experience in Resource Scheduling products, specifically processes of identifying, forecasting, and allocating resources such as people, equipment, and facilities
• Previous experience in change management programmes, change transformation, or leading change initiatives at the programme level
• Knowledge of business and data analysis tools, process mapping, and business modelling
• Technical product management and development methodologies / software design
• Experience leading and delivering Business Analysis disciplines as a Senior Business Analyst at programme level in a technical environment
• Degree in Business Management, Enterprise IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working in cross-functional teams

Desirable Qualifications

• Entry Certificate in Business (ECBA) Level 1 and/or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) Level 2 or equivalent
• British Computer Society Certified Business Analysis Professional (BCS CBAP) or similar qualification

This is a contract until the end of January 2026, with an immediate start preferred.

Work is hybrid from locations across the UK: London, Salford, Birmingham Mailbox, Bristol, or Cardiff.

The day rate is £500, paid via umbrella.
