Job Description:

One of our public sector clients, a leader in the media industry, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Corporate Systems team on a temporary basis.

This role is suitable for a highly experienced technical product/software design Business Analyst who has worked on major large-scale programmes within a multi-national organization.

You will play a key role in modernizing and simplifying the current systems landscape across the business within HR, Learning, and Resource Scheduling technical products and platforms.

Essential skills and experience:

• Experience on large-scale programmes is a MUST
• Subject Matter Expert or experience in Resource Scheduling products, specifically in identifying, forecasting, and allocating resources such as people, equipment, and facilities
• Previous experience in change management programmes, change transformation, or leading change initiatives at programme level
• Knowledge of business and data analysis tools, process mapping, and business modelling
• Technical product management and development methodologies / software design
• Experience leading and delivering Business Analysis disciplines as a Senior Business Analyst at programme level in a technical environment and project lifecycle delivery
• Degree in Business Management, Enterprise IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working in cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Entry Certificate in Business (ECBA) Level 1 and/or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) Level 2 or equivalent
• British Computer Society Certified Business Analysis Professional (BCS CBAP) or similar qualification

This is a contract until the end of January 2026, with an immediate start preferred.

The role offers hybrid working from various UK locations including London, Salford, Birmingham Mailbox, Bristol, or Cardiff.

The day rate is £500, paid via umbrella.
