Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is expanding its Business Insight consulting team in the UK to support digital, data and transformation programmes within the National Security sector. We seek an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can define needs, manage requirements and deliver change in environments where assurance, security and stakeholder alignment are critical.

Qualifications

• Experience at a senior level in consulting or client-facing roles managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience working with Government, Defence or Security organisations.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to contribute beyond a traditional BA role when needed.
• Track record delivering technology-led transformation across strategy, design and change management.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with knowledge of delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value-focused outcomes for clients and drive digital adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape culture and behaviours for transformation.
• Analyse processes with stakeholders to identify improvements aligned to client objectives.
• Lead end-to-end requirements development from business needs to detailed user requirements.
• Develop transformation roadmaps that underpin digital change for clients.
• Influence Agile delivery practices and participate in sprints, scrums and retrospectives.
• Champion stakeholder needs and ensure solutions align with user requirements and business goals.
• Produce clear documentation, presentations and recommendations for decision-making.
