Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is expanding its nuclear-focused Business Analysis team in the UK. The Senior Business Analyst will support digital, data and transformation programmes across secure, regulated environments, delivering value through clear requirements and traceability.

You will lead senior‑level engagements with diverse stakeholders, shape transformation roadmaps, and contribute to AI-enabled efficiency gains while maintaining safety and compliance priorities.

Qualifications

• Senior-level consulting experience in delivering complex business analysis for regulated environments.
• Experience in nuclear or closely related safety-critical sectors with strong regulatory awareness.
• Attained or working towards BA Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value by translating needs into actionable requirements and traceable delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive digital initiatives and cultural change.
• Engage with stakeholders across operations, engineering, safety, regulatory and digital teams at senior levels.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and influence Agile practices in client environments.
• Facilitate workshops and apply analysis tools to identify process improvements.
