Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery's Global Experiences Technology (GXT) seeks a Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager to lead global tech initiatives, owning the business process analysis, requirements translation, and design for complex solutions.

You will manage small projects end-to-end with strong analytical and collaboration skills. You will engage with business stakeholders at all levels, coordinate testing, coordinate vendors, and support change management across central London and Leavesden

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst or similar role translating stakeholder requirements into system designs.
• Proven experience delivering project workstreams or small projects with ownership of deliverables and resources.
• Strong technical background across business applications and SaaS solutions with testing and design support.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, and Change Management.
• Lead design related to application, data interfaces, and deployment approaches.
• End-to-end testing planning, test scenarios, and UAT with business stakeholders.
• Vendor management to ensure deliverables meet requirements and training.
• Liaise with internal/external tech teams to implement features.
• Present status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with credibility.
• Champion business change and assist road-mapping and adoption.
• Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.
