Job summary

GXT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex global technology solutions from London. You will own requirements, process mapping, capability modelling, and change management while coordinating with multiple technology teams and business stakeholders.

You will lead design, testing, and vendor management across SaaS solutions, ensuring robust delivery and timely go-live. Flexible hybrid work between central London and Warner Bros.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as Senior Business Analyst or similar role, translating stakeholder requirements into system design.
• Experience in IT project management or leading workstreams/small projects with standard PM principals.
• Strong technical background in applications and vendor management for SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, map processes, model capabilities, perform gap/impact analyses, drive business transformation and change management.
• Lead design for applications, data interfaces, deployment and rollback approaches.
• Plan and execute end-to-end testing, develop scenarios, review test plans, obtain user acceptance testing.
• Manage vendors to ensure delivery aligns with business requirements and support data uploads and new processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external tech teams to implement features as agreed.
• Engage with business stakeholders, present concepts, provide status updates, discuss risks and issues.
• Champion business change in line with project strategy to enable adoption and contribute to road-mapping.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure credible delivery across teams.

Job description

As Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager for GXT, they will play an important role in the success of the teams. They will be an expert in the business process as well as the systems and technology, spearheading technical analysis and functional analysis for complex global technology solutions.

This position should lead and be fully accountable for small projects and key project deliverables, using strong technical and analytical skills to ensure solid design and test, and structured project management approach to ensure a smooth implementation.

Excellent engagement skills are mandatory for leading and advising other project team members, and building strong cooperation with other technology teams. And most importantly, excellent Business-Partner relationship management skills ensuring credible and reliable communication and delivery for the business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Capability Modelling, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, Business Process Transformation, and Change Management
• Leading design relating to the application, data interface, and deployment + roll back approach.
• Responsible for the end to end testing including planning the testing phases, ensuring all testing elements are considered and incorporated, building business scenarios for testing, reviewing test plans and ensuring the appropriate end-user acceptance testing is obtained.
• Management of vendors to ensure their deliverables meet business requirements, users are trained adequately, and support inputs like data uploads and new business processes.
• Liaise with internal & external technology teams, to ensure agreed business system features are properly implemented
• Engage directly with business stakeholders at all levels, presenting concepts in professional presentations as well as providing project status updates, and discussing risk and issues with credibility.
• Champion business change in alignment to project strategy, to enable high solution adoption. And identify improvement opportunities and contribute to project road-mapping
• Maintain excellent stakeholder management skills and sustainment of outstanding business partner relationships.

Prior experience

Minimum of 5 years experience as Senior Business Analyst or similar role, understanding and analyzing stakeholder requirements and business strategy and interpreting into a comprehensive system design.

Proven experience as an IT project manager, or taking full accountability for workstreams or small projects, and delivering these with industry standard project management principals. This includes overseeing or directing project resources.

Strong technical background particularly in applications, as well as in managing vendors for SaaS solutions. Experience with consumer facing technology is an advantage.

Experience managing stakeholders, professional presentations, and collaborating with cross functional teams.

Experience with the following systems would be an advantage:

About you

Your experience as a Senior Business Analyst (or similar role) gives you the capability to lead requirements analysis, system design, and all testing phases. Along with strong technical background that enables you to support basic configuration, assist with troubleshooting, and are able to understand the technical deliverables and challenge appropriately to ensure quality delivery from all technical teams.

Your track record of successfully implementing project deliverables, workstreams, or small projects, means you have the hands on experience to structure and organize the tasks using industry standard project management principals, maintaining clear project documentation, and delivering on time.

You have a strong team orientation and are a team player. You are comfortable in directing project resources, coaching and supporting junior team members, and collaborating with technical teams in other business units.

Your excellent professional communications skills include clear verbal communication and written communication, as well as being able to clarify and collate complex information in diagrams and power point presentations to aids understanding. Your experience with senior stakeholders enable you to adjust your engagement style for the audience, and continue to build on the GXT team's strong reputation for organized and professional delivery.

Available to work flexibly between central London project delivery site and Warner Bros. Studios London (offices). Occasional remote working is allowable.

Able to accommodate occasional cross-time zone collaboration, as well as responding during off-hours where critical milestones or issues require it. And on occasion, to be on site evenings and weekends where there is a planned go live or an urgent and critical issue.
