AtkinsRéalis is expanding its nuclear-focused Business Analysis practice in the UK. The Senior Business Analyst will guide cross-functional teams through digital, data and transformation programmes in highly regulated environments, ensuring safety and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

Experience at a Senior level in consulting services to clients or relevant business analyst role.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional results for clients by putting value at the core of everything we do.
Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and shape culture and behaviours for successful digital adoption.
Work with stakeholders to translate complex needs into clear, traceable requirements and deliverable outcomes at senior levels.
Translate complex nuclear and secure government needs into clear, prioritised requirements to support safety, compliance and digital transformation.
Analyse processes and operations to identify improvements.
Lead end‑to‑end requirements development from initial needs to user-level requirements with traceability.
Develop transformation roadmaps that underpin digital change and influence Agile practices.
Contribute to development of operational improvement tools and explore AI-enabled approaches.
Champion stakeholders' needs and align development with business goals.
